How does it work? There are two directions you can choose, one of which is sure to fit your business structure. Many businesses don't want to deal with the actual handling of sending the campaigns. They want to give us the materials, have us build the email each time, and also upload and send it out. A standard template is created in the beginning, and each time you want to send out a newsletter, you give us the material you wish to send out, we add it to the template, upload, and send out your campaign. All you do is login to view your reports to see how your campaign is doing.
The second direction is a more involved one. We create a template for you that has different sections where information sections can be added. This is then uploaded as a template, and you can then login to an online tool where each month (or whenever you want to send your newsletter) you login, add the content yourself, and send the campaign out. This is obviously the most cost effective route, you only pay for the initial template, and then the costs of sending out the email each time.
The cost of the template design depends on your needs and must be quoted. Each campaign sent through our system will cost $10 plus 3 cents a recipient.
For example, if you had 200 subscribers to your list, it would cost:
$10 + (200 x $0.03) = $16

Why should I pay to send out newsletters when I can just sent notices through Outlook? When you send hundreds of emails through your regular email server you risk being blacklisted for sending SPAM. Our system uses email servers that are known for sending legal email and they make sure that everyone involved only sends out email that people requested. Also, we make sure that every email has a easy way to unsubscribe. Also, emails sent out through your email can not be tracked to see who actually opened them and clicked on any of the links. We can track how many of your customers actually opened the email.
Another benefit to having us design your template is consistency across platforms. Every email platform reads HTML emails differently, from the online platforms (i.e. Hotmail, Yahoo, Gmail, etc) to the desktop platforms (Outlook, Outlook Express, Thunderbird, Entourage, etc). Although it is difficult to always get the emails to look the same in every single platform, we have experience with the difficulties and can make your emails look as standard as possible.
Last but not least, with a specific email platform sending out your emails, you can not only include a HTML version, but also a text version. Many people have their email client set to only receive text emails, and if they receive an HTML email as text, it looks like a bunch of garbage. A text email can get your information across, or at the very least point them towards a version in a web browser.
