It's clearly obvious that striking packaging almost always stops potential clients in their tracks. That's half the battle won. Your product or project is a very important asset in your life so it is imperative that it is attractively packaged in order to justify it's value. Cheap packaging suggests 'cheap' product, not be confused with 'inexpensive'. Inexpensive products should also appear 'expensively' packaged as when the price is identified it almost guarantees a sale.
In todays world of immense technological advancements, there is quite frankly no room for moderately designed quality. It has to look 'today' better still spectacular.
Look at it this way, if it doesn't stand out, it won't be noticed.
